Our projects include the following warranty coverage:
2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Covers installation-related items such as paint, drywall, doors, trim, and caulking.
2-Year Systems Warranty
Covers electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems installed as part of the project.
10-Year Structural Warranty
Covers structural components including foundation, framing, and load-bearing walls.
This coverage applies under normal use conditions and within the terms outlined at project completion.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic changes due to seasonal expansion or settling
Manufacturer defects (covered directly by product manufacturers)
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications performed by others
Acts of nature or external events
